Broken navigation
The menu rendered as raw bullet lists instead of a working navigation bar. Parents on phones had to scroll through stacked link lists just to find a schedule.
Invisible links
Top-level items like Softball, Flag Football, and Parks displayed as white text on a white background — entire sections of the site were literally invisible to families.
No clear path to register
Registration, field locations, and season dates lived in disconnected submenus. New families had to hunt across pages to sign a child up.
Dated structure
The layout predated mobile-first design. On the devices parents actually use — phones at the ballfield — the site was slow and hard to read.
